ADMIN SETTINGS

The highest dispatch day in an order is used to calculate the estimated dispatch date. It assumes that all line items in an order can be processed at the same time, and not consecutively.

In the admin settings you must select the workdays in which you operate. You are able to include special holidays which will delay company operations, i.e. Christmas Day. We have included an option of importing your country’s current years public holidays for quick setup (40+ Country Support).

If an order is placed after the cut-off time, it calculates the date starting from the next working day.
